Christmas Shortbread Cookies

Shortbread Christmas Cookies are easy to make and loaded with festive sprinkles, making the perfect addition to your holiday cookie platter!

INGREDIENTS

1 cup salted butter, cold and cut into pieces

½ cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract or almond extract

2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
